MYFLEDGE Aviation & Hospitality Institute launches in Chandigarh under the National Skill Development Scheme
Chandigarh, August 22:
“As a frequent traveler to cities across India and abroad, I can say with pride that Indian youth are visible everywhere—from aviation services to airport management,” said senior Punjab-Haryana High Court advocate and social worker Brijeshwar Jaiswal, who was the Chief Guest at the launch of MYFLEDGE Aviation & Hospitality Institute in Chandigarh.

Speaking on the occasion, Founder Bishwajit Ghosh emphasized that under the Prime Minister’s vision of a developed and self-reliant India, MYFLEDGE aims to empower youth with world-class skill training in aviation and hospitality. The event was also graced by Punjab University Registrar, Yajvendra Pal Verma, as Guest of Honour.
Bishwajit Ghosh, who is also a singer and actor, shared that the institute will offer a wide range of career-oriented training courses, including:
- Air Hostess & Cabin Crew Training
- Ground Staff Services
- Aviation Retail, Ticketing & Reservation
- Hotel & Event Management
- Pilot Training Support – including ground classes, assistance in selecting reputed flying schools, and complete guidance for obtaining a Commercial Pilot License (CPL)
He further highlighted that MYFLEDGE was co-founded with Piyalee Chatterjee, a certified Master Trainer and Assessor by NSDC and AASSC. Their vision is to design industry-aligned training programs that create strong career opportunities for the next generation of aviation and hospitality professionals.
Notably, with a strong footprint across 12 cities in India, MYFLEDGE has now opened its 15th branch in Chandigarh, further strengthening its commitment to skill development under the National Skill Development Scheme (NSDC).
